I didn't go looking for yoga - it found me. Chronic pain from an autoimmune diagnosis had me desperate for relief, and yoga gave me back my strength, peace, and daily joy. Now, I practice eery day.

Cooking (and eating) whole, natural foods keeps my mind clear, my energy high, and my family healthy and happy. It's one of the ways I care for the people I love most.

My first trip abroad - Paris, France - made me fall in love with exploring the world. These days, my travels range from Yellowstone to Disneyland to quiet getaways in Park City, UT, often with my airline-pilot husband and kids in tow.
Travel teaches you to relish the moment; photography lets you take the moment home with you.
TRAVEL
I LOVE love - in books, in movies, in songs, and most of all, in real life. Whether it's a wedding day, a mom holding her newborn, or a couple celebrating 50 years together, capturing love is my favorite thing to do.
